Shipping policy


1. General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. South African Statutory Rights

7-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECTA): You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt for any reason. You will be responsible for the Pudo booking fee to return the item to us.

6-Month Defective Goods Warranty (CPA): If an item is defective or damaged, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months. In these cases, Clo's K-pop Realm will cover the Pudo return costs.

3. How to Start a Return (Pudo Process)

To start a return, contact us at info@closkpoprealm.co.za. Because we use Pudo for secure, private logistics:

Do Not Send Unannounced: Items sent without a confirmed return request will not be accepted.

Locker Booking: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Pudo Waybill/QR Code or instructions on which locker to drop the package at.

The 36-Hour Rule: Once we send you a Pudo drop-off code, it is usually valid for 36 hours. If the code expires before you drop off the package, you must contact us to re-book (additional fees may apply for re-bookings).

Packaging: Please ensure the item is placed in a shipping bag or box. Pudo lockers do not provide packaging; the item must be ready for transport before you reach the locker.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you collect it from the Pudo locker. If the package appears tampered with or the item inside is damaged, contact us immediately at info@closkpoprealm.co.za with photos so we can lodge a claim with the courier.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:


Custom/Personalized products (e.g., special K-pop bundles or custom deco).
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
Sale items or gift cards.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel for any reason, provided the item is in original condition. Standard international shipping rates apply for these returns.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: If the return is due to a change of mind (within the 7-day ECTA period), the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
